We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator/ CDL driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a variety of heavy machinery and equipment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Operate and maintain various types of heavy equipment, such as backhoes, dump trucks, graders, and bulldozers
- Ensure all equipment is used safely and efficiently
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, including backhoes, dump trucks, graders, bulldozers, and other machinery preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with equipment
- Commercial driver's license (CDL) REQUIRED
- Ability to operate equipment efficiently and safely
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
